After Central, I went to UW-La Crosse and then to Northwestern Chiropractic. I opened a chiropractic office in La Crescent in 1980 where I stayed until 2002. I sold my practice after which my wife Deb and I sailed our boat around the Bahamas, Gulf of Mexico and Western Caribbean for 4 winters. We then sold the boat and took our camper to the desert Southwest and Baja for 2 more winters. returned to work in 2009. Retired again in 2016.
