After graduation I continued to march in the Blue Stars Drum & Bugle Corp.I married Randy Baierl and we then taught many Drum Corps around the US and Canada. On the off season I went to WWTI and earned an associate degree in Surgical Technology. I taught Surgical Technicians for a College in Longbeach California. I then continued teaching Drum Corps. I earned my degree from Lower Columbia College as a Registered Nurse Iin 1981. After the death of my 1st husband I remarried Tim McCann and we reside in Madison Wi. Tim is the love of my life

I was a Pom Pom girl in 1970 and loved every minute of it. We wore our little skirts and sweater on game day. Well, during art class prior to a game I spilled a whole bottle of India Ink all over my little red skirt ruining it and had nothing to wear for the game(literally). The home Ec teacher washed and dried my skirt which was now maybe 10 inches long. Totally unacceptable for Mr Baker our band teacher. Not to worry,the rest of the Pom Pom girls helped make a new one. Thanks guys.
